
Terms of Sales
Article 1 – Length of Stay :
The tenant signing this contract, entered into for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances
claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Article 2 – Booking Conditions:
The reservation will be guaranteed by payment by credit card, bank transfer, or check for 50% of the reservation amount.
Payment is made at the end of the stay by check or cash.
Article 3 – Rates
Our rates include all taxes.
A €20 supplement applies for any one-night stay.
Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are included for stays of 7 nights or less. For longer stays, we will replace the bed linen and towels. Optional linen replacement upon request: €10/set (fitted sheet, two pillowcases, bolster, duvet cover).
Optional bath and pool towel replacement: €5 (set)

Article 4 – Cancellation by the guest:
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by email or telephone.
Cancellation before the start of the stay
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the start of the stay, €20 will be deducted from the deposit refund.
b) If the cancellation occurs between 45 and 30 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit amount will be retained by the owner.
c) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full deposit will be retained by the owner.
d) In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the contract becomes null and void and the owner may use the guest rooms.
The full deposit remains due to the owner.
e) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation will be retained by the owner.
Any additional services not used will be refunded. f) In the event of cancellation for a stay during the Bandas period, no refund will be made.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the Owner:
In the event of cancellation of the stay by the owner, the owner undertakes to notify the guest at least 14 days in advance.
The guest, without prejudice to any claims for compensation for any damages incurred, will be immediately reimbursed for any amounts paid.
Article 5-2 – Cancellation in the Event of a Pandemic:
In the event of a government-imposed lockdown preventing all travel within the country, we undertake to offer a credit note (valid for 24 months) for a future stay or to fully refund the deposit paid at the time of booking.
Article 6 – Arrival:
The guest must arrive on the day and time specified in this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.
Transfer between Agen TGV or Auch train station and Bears n Breakfast is available: €40 per trip.

Article 7 – Valuables:
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the vehicles. Bears n Breakfast cannot be held responsible for any incident.
Article 8 – Insurance:
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by their actions. They are required to have a vacation-type insurance policy for these various risks. In the event of damage not covered by the insurance, the repair costs must be borne by the tenant.
Article 9 – Payment:
Deposit payment at the time of booking by credit card, bank transfer, or check.
The balance is payable at the end of the stay by check or cash.
Credit cards accepted.
The balance will be paid at the end of the stay, along with any additional services and amenities not mentioned in the contract.
Article 10 – Use of the Premises:
The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them for their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and to respect the smoking ban within the house.

Article 11 – Pets:
Bears n Breakfast is unable to accept pets; Carlos, our American Bully, does not welcome company.
Article 12 – Theft and Accidents
The owner declines all responsibility for any theft or personal injury occurring on the property.
Article 13 – Food and Beverages
We inform our valued guests that it is forbidden to bring outside food into the establishment.
Alcoholic and soft drinks are for sale on the property. Prices are available in the rooms and via QR code and are reserved for our valued guests during meals.
Article 14 – Pool and Spa Access
We reserve the right to refuse access to the pool and spa in the event of absence or inclement weather.
