Article 1 – Duration of stay:

The tenant signing this contract concluded for a specific period cannot under any circumstances

avail themselves of any right to remain in the premises at the end of their stay.

Arrival time: from 4:00 p.m.

Departure time 11:00 a.m.

 

Article 2 – Reservation conditions:

The reservation will be guaranteed by payment by credit card, transfer or check for an amount of 50% of the reservation.

The balance is paid at the end of your stay by check or in cash.

 

Article 3 – Prices

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.

A supplement of €20 applies for any one-night stay.

Sheet sets and towels are included for a stay of 7 nights or less, for longer stays we will take care of renewing the bed sheets and towels.

OPTION renewal of sheets on request: €10/set (fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, bolster, duvet cover).

OPTION renewal of bath towels: €5 (per lot)

 

Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer:

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by email or telephone.

Cancellation before the start of the stay

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the start of the stay, an amount of €15 will be withheld from the refund of the deposit.

b) If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit remains with the owner.

c) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the total deposit remains with the owner.

d) In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms.

e) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.

Additional services not consumed will be refunded.

 

Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner:

In the event of cancellation of the stay by the owner, he undertakes to notify the customer at least 14 days in advance.

The customer, without prejudging any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.

 

Article 5-2 – Cancellation in the event of a Pandemic:

In the event of a confinement imposed by the government, preventing all travel within the territory, we undertake to offer a credit (valid for 24 months) for a future stay or reimburse in full the deposit paid at the time of booking.

 

Article 6 – Arrival:

The customer must arrive on the specified day and time mentioned in this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.

Possibility of transfer between Agen TGV or Auch station and Bears n Breakfast: Price €30/trip.

 

Article 7 – Valuable items:

It is recommended not to leave valuable items in vehicles. Bears n Breakfast cannot be held responsible for any incident.

 

Article 8 – Insurance:

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him. It is required to be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these different risks. In the event of damage not covered by insurance, the repair costs must be borne by the tenant.

 

Article 9 – Regulations:

Deposit payment at the time of booking by credit card, transfer or bank check.

Payment of the balance at the end of your stay by bank check or cash.

Credit card accepted.

The balance will be paid at the end of the stay as well as any additional consumption and services not mentioned in the contract.

 

Article 10 – Use of the premises:

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to leave the rooms in good condition, and to respect the ban on smoking within the premises of the house.

 

Article 11 – Animals:

Bears n Breakfast is unable to accept pets, Carlos our American Bully does not want company.

 

Article 12- Thefts and accidents

The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily damage occurring in the property.

 

Article 13- food and drinks

We inform our kind customers that it is prohibited to bring food from outside into the establishment.

The aperitif service is offered to residents who have reserved the dinner service.

Wine is included to accompany meals with a quantity assessed by us.
